  1. Research agent: Reads your site. When you create a project, the research agent reads your website and competitors and writes the website profile every later agent works from.
  2. Topic finder: Proposes five topics. The topic finder reads that profile and suggests five topics, each with an outline, on the cadence you set or whenever you ask.
  3. Publish cadence: Gives each a day. The cadence places topics on your publishing weekdays, up to two weeks ahead, and queues another hunt when it runs short.
  4. You: Answer a few questions. Each topic asks up to four questions the agents could not answer from your site. Switch on Human in the loop and nothing is written until you answer.
  5. Writer agent: Drafts each post. As its day approaches, a writer drafts each post in your voice from the outline, your answers and the project's writing rules. Posts are written in parallel.
  6. Publisher: Merges it on GitHub. At the slot time RankMill commits the post to a branch, opens a pull request against your default branch and merges it, retrying if GitHub refuses.

Conversational editing

Connect a repository per project. Every post goes out as a pull request RankMill opens and merges, with the frontmatter your site expects, and an edit can go out as a follow-up pull request.

Human in the loop

Each topic asks up to four questions about facts the agents could not find. Answer them from the calendar or the post, and switch the loop on to hold every post until you have.

Questions people ask before signing up

Writing a post, and nothing else. Each post the writer agent writes uses 10 credits, spent when the write is queued: approving a topic, the cadence writing a topic it placed on the calendar, writing from your own idea, rewriting a finished post, and importing a post for the agents to rewrite in your voice. A write that fails or is stopped keeps its credits spent, but writing a failed post again is free. Everything else is free: creating a project and building its profile, hunting topics, each conversational edit turn, an AI edit of your profile, auditing a project and fixing what it finds, importing a post to restructure or as it is, publishing, updating a pull request, answering a topic's questions, and downloading anything.
